Since day one I’ve been using whatever I could get my hands on to create. I have hours of footage on my family’s Flip Camera, markers of every shade imaginable, and often received rolls of tape for birthdays (pro tip, you can make anything with tape). If I wasn’t building something with my hands, I was making skits and performances for family and friends. My closet was bursting with costumes and props. I only realized that it’s not common for families to randomly speak in different voices when I began going to friend’s houses. Now those markers have changed to tools on Photoshop, the Flip Camera to Premiere, skits and performances to copy and comedy sketches, and cartoons have become advertising ideas. Not every material has matured. I still paint, draw and write when the inspiration strikes. I’ve kept my creative spirit and imagination and continue to nurture it with each project. I’ve always been known to think out of the box, and I plan on staying outside. Especially when it comes to a zinger one-liner in the work group chat.
P.S. Please don’t try to find my Twitter. You will laugh. But also wonder why?
